  Greg, Alex and their team did an amazing job from the decision making process all the way through installation. It was a low-pressure, extremely professional, and easy experience. We consulted with Greg who helped us evaluate which option would give us the best mobility and access to our home. We went with an outdoor lift option. Greg measured multiple times and got us to exactly the right quote so that everyone was on the same page prior to order. Fast forward less than 6 weeks, and the installation began. The crew was so well mannered and respectful of us and our property. They cleaned up the site before leaving and left the area safe for us and our dogs. They took great care to make sure that we felt comfortable with all the safety features and how to operate the lift. This has materially changed how the people and pets move about a house that was so restricted by stairs. I highly recommend this company to anyone who has mobility needs. Top notch!!!

  The product quality and customer service of their service/installation department is top notch. Great service by knowledgeable and personable technicians. The integrity of the rest of the business leaves much to be desired. Specifically, I purchased a stairlift after my 70+ year old husband had spine surgery in fall of 2022. One question I had was if they will repurchase when the equipment was no longer needed. The salesman gave me an unqualified 'yes' and that was a big reason I went ahead with the purchase. My husband died in July 2023 and a few weeks later I contacted the salesman who sold me the lift and when I reminded him that he said they would repurchase it, he told my that I must have misunderstood him and that they don't do that. I knew that was not truthful. There was even a sticker on the lift that had a phone number to call for "Sales, Service, Rental, Repurchase." And, to make it worse, I had to pay them $450 to remove and take the lift away. And, to reenforce what I knew to be true. The technician told me that, yes, they used to buy back the stairlifts but they stopped. I get that. What I don't get is that the salesman lied to me and acted like I was making it up. He could have explained this and apologized, maybe even given me a deal on having it removed, but instead he chose to gaslight me. Great service, but don't trust what the salesman tells you - get it in writing.

  These folks at 101 Mobility are a pleasure to work with. I had them install a stair lift and am very pleased with it. Next, I had a wheelchair ramp installed. Figuring out the configuration to get the proper incline pitch was a challenge, but they got it and it works perfectly. 5 stars all the way from me.
