I felt like they took time to answer all my questions, explain each procedure, and did a great (and gentle) job giving me the injections and the test. My first visit was prompted by convenience, but due to my experiences here, I will consider using them whenever I can.

The receptionist took 20 minutes to check in the person in front of me only to inform me they were leaving for lunch. The lunch time is listed as, "generally between 1:30-2:15 based on customers." I was the last person in line, and rather than take me back, they took their lunch first and were very nasty about it, suggesting I go elsewhere. Everyone I spoke to was extremely rude towards me. All around a terrible experience.
