- OColivia clarkOct 31, 20231.0I visited for strep a while ago (which I get 1-2 times a year) the nurse practitioner was very rude. She yelled at me for flinching during the strep test. (She didn’t try a tongue depressor either) No one with that temper should work in healthcare. I was incredibly sick, was told to leave, the service desk was no help. They tried talking to her and she was rude to them as well. I went to urgent care across the road and didn’t even get tested for strep because it was that bad they didn’t need to. I believe her name was Kathrine or something like that. Worst experience I’ve ever had

Instead the phone rings for 15 to 20 minutes until I get fed up and hang up.So I am not sure if this little clinic is good or not, but definitely seem not able to do their jobs!
