  Outstanding, friendly service. Staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. It’s not uncommon for staff to find discounts or options that have reduced what I pay. My prescriptions have always been filled rapidly and always correctly. Great job!

  I don’t understand why they have two lines through the drive thru with one person working it. The second line was open so I went in it. The first line had three cars. Common sense right? Well, the lady came across and said I have to wait my turn for the first line to clear out. Poor customer service. Too bad my insurance only covers my medication filled here.

  Pharmacy line is always insanely slow. Why even have two lanes in the drive thru. Kroger, you need to hire more staff and offer better pay and do whatever it takes to serve your customers efficiently.

  It's pretty bad, takes 45 min to get through 3 cars in the drive up window, and when you go inside, the line is always to the door. 0/10 at this location. I used to work in the pharmacy here when they first opened up the new kroger, and we would get reamed bad if we took more than 5 min a car at the drive up window. I guess good help is hard to find

  Will definitely be switching back to Walgreens! My dr ordered me in some over the counter prenatal vitamins and she said if my insurance didn’t cover the ones she sent in then the pharmacy would be able to go grab a different bottle and run it through my insurance, my prescription was sent in at 2 o’clock. I went there and she said that she just received the script and They told me that it wasn’t ready so I came back around seven and they told me it wasn’t ready again so I told him I was just here a couple hours ago and you told me the same thing so he went to check on it and come to find out they don’t carry the prenatal vitamin there that was sent and he said he can see if it can be ordered and I would be able to get it the next day, went and talked to someone and came back and told me they never carry that vitamin and that I would have to call my doctor and get her to send me a new script for a different one through after I told him that she said any prenatal vitamins would work as long as it has everything that was in the previous prescription and that he can run it through my insurance he refused and told me to have a good day! Very rude !!
