  Pennyrile Home Medical was notified by the manufacturer of CPAP machines which they sell that a recall was issued due to the machines causing cancer. They have a working list of folks to whom they have sold these devices. They have not notified their customers of this issue and when asked if they intended to take the initiative to inform their customers that the produces they were more than happy to take folks money for of the dangers, informed me that it was not their responsibility to do so and they had no intention of doing any such thing. As heathcare providers they aparantly do not care whatsoever about the health of their customers sufficiently to be ethically upstanding enough to be proactive in the face of serious health threats to their clientele. Also, be careful not to use a bad word to describe how frustrating the situation is. It will hurt their feelings and cause them to throw a childish tantrum at you, the victim of their negligence.

  Love this place. If you need ANY medical equipment, Pennyrile is the place to go. The products are first rate and true staff is excellent

  The owner is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend their services to anyone. They are unorganized and don't communicate with one another to know what's going on. Very very dissatisfied with this company. Thumbs down! If I could give no stars I would.
