To start, they seem to be under staffed or lazy… They ask that you be 15 min early to appointments. Each time I have but wasn’t seen until 30 min after scheduled appointment time. I called on a Tuesday to get a form filled out for my employer, the women on the phone said she’d call back. (Never got a call back) Called back on a Thursday needing a doctors note saying the form I needed couldn’t be filled out because my doctor was out of the office that week, and the responses I got from the office manager were, “how long ago did you know you needed this form” “we don’t typically do this with a 24 hour window” “we’re under staffed this week, I’ll try and find time to do it”. Fast forward 30 min later after my wife calls and they say they can have the form back to me in the next hour. All this to say this office treats their patients (paying customers) as an inconvenience. I’ll be taking mine and my family’s business elsewhere.

She was in pain for days they told her you are probably just sore, until they told her to come back in as they figured something was wrong. They saw what they did, fixed it and SENT US A BILL for their MISTAKE. I can't even offend an amateur by labeling the mistake as one and I'm not sure what to call this tbh.
