They are hit or miss on the length of time they take to fill your medications. Sometimes they are 30 minutes or less and other times it could take hours. They are easy to communicate with though.

Up until a few months ago, I had been using another local pharmacy for MANY years. I happened to get a medicine refilled at Kroger. When the young lady at the drive up window saw how much I was having to pay for this medication she was astonished. I explained this is what I have to pay ever month. Long sorry short, a little while later I listened to a voicemail that I'd gotten from an unknown number. It was the young lady from the Kroger drive thru. She had taken it upon herself to call my insurance company, then call my doctor's office.... Since then, my insurance has been paying for my very expensive medication. AMAZING!!!
