  We have used Home Instead to help care for our mother in her home for almost 3 years. The sitters have been well-trained and professional care givers who genuinely care. The office staff were easy to contact and always ready to assist us in any way possible. They were available at any time, day and night. It has been a great experience, and something we could not have navigated without their help. I highly recommend Home Instead of Henderson to care for your loved ones.

  An amazing group of people that work at the Henderson office. For a young branch to grow so fast is impressive. If people knew the time and hours they put in behind the scenes people would say "wow". I can't speak for all Home Instead branches, but for this particular one they go above and beyond. Stacy & Sherri are the easiest people to get along with. They don't treat a client like a client, they treat them like family. It's sad to see a couple bad reviews on here. I would recommend them to anyone. As far as negatives, I have nothing to say. The biggest recommendation I can make to people thinking about choosing HISC is be realistic. Do not expect them to clean, cook, wash, etc for a family of 8. The caregivers are there to help the client when the family can not. I've heard many people complain about the caregiver can not perform their needs of there whole family. For those people, that's what I mean by being realistic. Last note, the people in the office are not there for money, they do it because they care about seniors. Keep doing what you're doing!!
