It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to bow down to the employees pulling orders for online shopping. I had 1 lady (employee) push my cart out of her way and told me to stay out of her way ( that she was working ) it's not just her!!! It's all the employees pulling orders that are very rude. I must have missed the notice that says ( we are not customers) that we need to get out of the way to all kroger employees pulling orders. UNBELIEVABLE !! SO THIS IS HOW KROGER TREATS THIER CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN GO?? BUT MAKE SURE YOU STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY.

The pharmacy has some very rude and judgemental people working there. I wouldn't tell anyone to have their prescription filled at this place. Very disappointed in the quality of people and I believe in karma!

They do not have the medicine I need and do not know when it will be available.

Seeing as I have had to pick up multiple prescriptions from this location I have been often. The staff is always polite. If they do not know an answer to a question they will find it or ask a coworker instead of leaving you on your own to figure it out. Sometimes I have had to call more than once in a 24-hour period and I never feel like I'm bothering them. They have excellent customer service. I have picked up medications here for years so I would love to put everyone's name I've written down through the months & years but I'm not sure if everyone on that list still works there. They are sometimes short-staffed and even in those instances they do so extremely well in communicating that and putting the customer first (especially when it is a medication needed that day). I've had to do transfers before and also have had insurance issues and I've had great help from this pharmacy with it all. I wouldn't want to change it. Plus if you have the Kroger app it is extremely helpful when it comes to viewing any info on you and/or your family's prescriptions. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.

I would like to mention I talked to two different pharmacy employees and my sister had a prescription there. They told me it wasn’t in the system when it was actually ready they need to fix their system.
