- JJJackJan 6, 20261.0It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't have to bow down to the employees pulling orders for online shopping. I had 1 lady (employee) push my cart out of her way and told me to stay out of her way ( that she was working ) it's not just her!!! It's all the employees pulling orders that are very rude. I must have missed the notice that says ( we are not customers) that we need to get out of the way to all kroger employees pulling orders. UNBELIEVABLE !! SO THIS IS HOW KROGER TREATS THIER CUSTOMERS. YOU CAN GO?? BUT MAKE SURE YOU STAY OUT OF THEIR WAY.

- JMJake MeiserMay 16, 20251.0This review has one more star than the number of times I’ve gone to Kroger pharmacy and gotten what I needed. At least this time it only took them 45 minutes to let me know they were out of stock on the item they told me would be ready in 25. Don’t use Kroger pharmacy, you can get to CVS for only 5 minutes longer, and it’ll waste way less time since Kroger never has what you need anyways.
