  I give this review one star only because 0 is not an option! I would not recommend anyone taking their pet to be treated here. I was a previous patient to Dr. Dartt, but as I got older all of my visits were medically treated/diagnosed as “that comes with your age”. So I left. Then I found myself needing a new physician, so I came back to Northgate but not for Dr. Dartt. Instead, Dr. Hall. He was okay in the beginning, but began to follow in Dartt habits. Then he left, walked out. So they claimed. Then I was given the option to see Dr. Record.. I accepted, but regret. I was scheduled for an MRI. I was asked to lie to the imaging service that I had a follow up appointment so Dr. Record could get the results quicker. So I did! Her nurse/assistant told me I would get a follow up appointment after she received the results. Dr. Record received the MRI results, two weeks pass, but she never scheduled me a follow up appointment. I’ve moved to another doctor. I suggest others do the same.

  Excellent service. I would choose this provider based on the front office service alone.

  I loved seeing Dr. Dartt. He really was a good doctor but the office in this place is horrid. I spent 2 days calling them for test results and explaining to them how badly they were needed as I was running out of vacation time, was in a lot of pain, and needed these results to be allowed to go on to another test via the insurance company. For 2 days they gave me different stories. I called Ephraim 5 separate times to make sure they had been sent. I was told they didn't have them yet. I was told the doctor saw them and would contact me. I was told the doctor had not seen them yet after I was told they would contact me. I was told after that they didn't have them yet. I was told they had tried to contact me and I didn't answer. My husband finally drove up there and was handed the results after being rude in the office. Fast forward a few weeks, on a Friday my daughter was getting short on her inhaler so I called and asked if they could call or email in her prescription. They took all the info and said they would get it to the doctor asap. The following Monday, she was nearly out so I drive to CVS to pick it up. I was told they never got a call or email for her prescription. I love Dr. Dartt himself but I've seen convenience stores run better than a doctor's office where people's health is on the line. Tighten up.
