  Always been treated nice and fairly. Never felt pressured. Had an occasion to visit another office when I lost one of my plastic tips and received the same pleasurable experience as in my Glasgow office.

Colton took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my decision. There was no pressure — just honest guidance and excellent service. You can tell they truly care about their patients and want to improve their quality of life.   Worked with Colton. Great guy, very non pressuring and i believe so far i got what i needed hearing aid wise. However having been hard of hearing my entire life. I wasnt given an in booth hearing test. And my left ear being 80 percent deaf wasnt given the correct powered receiver for my left. I did move away and end up going to another location where I live and was fixed zero issues now.
