Since losing Newsome it appears they can’t keep help or run a schedule much less be efficient. People were leaving left and right because of the wait.

When they opened the lady at the counter said it would be several hours for walk in service because they had so many people with appointments. She should have told us that when we got there. Very disrespectful

I went in today a little before 7 and there was an elderly lady and a small child signing in at the sign in station that blocks the entrance to the receptionists desk. The receptionist who had been gone for quite some time came up yelling "MOVE MOVE" and shewing for the lady and child to get out of her way. She then asked me if I had an appointment, to which I said no. She rolled her eyes, huffed and then told me it was going to be an hour. I was not about to wait around and watch her be rude to people who already don't feel well. Terrible person to be in health service!
