I tried to book a DOT physical and was told when I arrive that they don’t offer those here, even though I’ve had them here in the past, called around to other locations, apparently several of them don’t offer that service either even though it is on their website as an available service. When I did arrive for my appointment and found this out, the receptionist also said she had tried to call me multiple times to inform me of this, but maybe don’t call people from a “no caller ID “number if you expect them to answer.
