- CDCurtis DexterMar 2, 20261.0The pharmacist Heejoo Kim Wilson there is refusing to fill my prescriptions because she feels like my wife spoke to her rudely. Which I heard the conversation, my wife was not rude she was direct. So essentially the pharmacist Heejoo Kim Wilson is holding my prescriptions hostage because of her hurt feelings.
- JCJim CurryFeb 22, 20262.0went in, the girl at the counter told me 20-25 and my script would be ready. came back 35 min later (after wandering around Kroger) and was told that it was not ready, and would be only another 15 min. came back 20 min later, and still not ready! wandered around the store for another 20 min, then checked again - and STILL not ready. I was in pain and uncomfortable, and just had to go home. they called me at 1:30, which was 2.5 hours after what they originally told me (20-25 min). DOUBLE OR TRIPLE WHATEVER TIME THEY TELL YOU. sometimes I wonder if they just do that, to keep you in the store, they figure in you wandering around you will buy extra (which we did). not a good experience for me there, though the actual prescriptions were correct.

Prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately, and they go out of their way to make sure everything is explained clearly. Micaela, the manager, is especially wonderful—professional, kind, and truly cares about her customers. It’s refreshing to receive such caring and reliable service. I highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone looking for excellent care.
