I was nervous switching to a new studio since I don’t know any of the instructors. Today I had Carolyn as my instructor and she was very nice! It was a challenging class in the best way. You’re really getting in a workout which is good. If she “corrected” you it was in a very nice way. And I really enjoyed the music on her playlist. I’m excited to be back next week!
