  I have for several months had trouble with my neck, arms and hands. I've been going to proactive for a few weeks now and I am having a lot less pain able to move my arms and hands with no pain. They have showed me some excersises to do at home. The staff here have all been helpful and very professional. I will be calling them if ever I need help or advice. This is not the first time I've been to proactive and each time they have helped me alot. Thanks

  Proactive Therapy is absolutely hands down a great place for physical therapy! The doctors are knowledgeable and take the time to listen to your concerns and explain the plan for your recovery. The technicians are friendly and go the extra mile to make sure your therapy is done correctly. Dr Lodmell is my primary doctor for my therapy and he has definitely gone above and beyond to help and advise me for my recovery. I highly recommend Proactive for your physical therapy needs!

  Dr. Nitz has helped me through two shoulder rotator cuff rehabs and also back pain therapy. Highly recommend his PT services and have found all of the staff there to be very helpful.
