  I have been going to Norton in Frankfort for a long time, and I have always had great experiences. Dr. Gibson and Dr. Shalash are wonderful providers who have consistently taken great care of my family. Today my kids were sick, and the office was able to get us in quickly with a new physician, Dr. Skaggs. I was so impressed with the way he treated both me and my children. He was very thorough, explained everything clearly, and took the time to answer all of my questions. I never once felt rushed. Dr. Skaggs is a fantastic addition to the Frankfort office. He was compassionate, attentive, and truly made us feel cared for. I’m very thankful for the excellent care we received today.

  What a pitiful group, while the doctors are amazing the staff that runs the front office are some of the most incompetent, rude and overall unconcerned adults I’ve ever dealt with. They flat out refused to even make an appointment to secure a spot for the NEXT MONTH. When one unhelpful miserable adult transfers you to another miserable human being you know they don’t care about children or their health. Maybe they could focus on their customer service and caring about their patients and we might see an improvement in the care for our kids.

  I was seen today with a pretty bad cut on my arm. And these ladies were hands down the best care I have ever received from a hospital. And I have been seen a lot through my life. They were quick, efficient and very caring and professional. I will recommend this hospital to all my friends and family. Not from the area we were here working and I was treated like family. Awesome job!!!!

  Nortons is the best. My child normally sees Dr. Chase and hes just the best with babies and kids.
