The best thing I can say about this Kroger pharmacy is that it's better than Walgreens. So, take that for what it's worth to you. They seem to have plenty of staff. Most of them are nice. I will say there are two techs I try to avoid. They are incredibly rude. The one acts like she'd rather be anywhere but at work. She snapped at me one night, and I bit my tongue but started to give her a piece of my mind. While standing in line waiting, my observation is the other one will talk at length to the pharmacists and other techs about absolutely anything, but if she has to wait on a customer, most of the time she won't even greet you. She'll just say, "Birthdate." Neither one are very good interacting with the public, from my observations. One day I went in, and the customer in front of me was complaining to another tech about the second tech I mentioned. I don't know what the specific situation was about, but I knew immediately who the customer was talking about because I'd had similar experiences. I wish they'd have those two techs do something else if they're going to work in the pharmacy because they make the whole pharmacy look bad when the rest of the staff is fine. Otherwise, the Kroger website and app are okay, but sometimes they are glitchy. Overall, it's a decent pharmacy in a day and time where a good, prompt, and friendly pharmacy is hard to find.

Terrible service. The technician took one look at me and then lied straight too my face about not carrying the sinus medication I needed. Even turned and said nothing too him before turning back too me and telling me that they definitely dont carry it. Pretty shitty. Would not recomend.

The people are great that work there But, the pharmacy itself is always changing your medicines with out telling you. I got so sick from them changing so called manufacturers my tongue went numb and everything and the only thing I was told is that's all they got. They didn't even offer me a backup plan I have been using them for a years. But, seems like every December this happens. I believe it's because of inventory
