- ZGZach GOct 20, 20251.0They called me and canceled my appointment last minute because they could not perform a DOT physical. I salvaged the appointment by going for another medical issue unrelated to DOT. I was told I could be seen no problem. Got a call back a few hours later just for them to cancel on me AGAIN last minuet on the same day. Don’t go here.

The lady messed up typing the information, we waited almost 1h and they came back saying the insurance was invalid. Came home, called the insurance and everything was confirmed valid and up to date. Apparently they barely can use a computer to fill out insurance information. There should be better training for these people. Never going back. Beyond ridiculous.
