- WDWhy DohJan 13, 20261.0Two times this location has unexpectedly closed and canceled all appointments without notifying the patients! Two times I’ve driven to town for this location and been met with a sign “temporarily closed” at the desk. Never again. Don’t bother making an appointment at this location unless you like wasting your time.

I salvaged the appointment by going for another medical issue unrelated to DOT. I was told I could be seen no problem. Got a call back a few hours later just for them to cancel on me AGAIN last minuet on the same day. Don’t go here.
