- LLLove4allJun 16, 20252.0Therapy was fine. It is the billing that is an issue. Was told I needed to pay a certain amount each visit, which I paid. Then when I went to a Dr they recommended and the Dr said to stop therapy. They charged another visit and said insurance did not pay. Now I am figuring with a bill that should not even have been billed to me. The Dr and I also cancelled all appointments before 48 hours of the next appointment. Not happy with the billing services at all.

The gentleman who help my daughter with the exercises and gave lots of great advice, Gideon was great too! Some visits, I had to take my excited two year old. They would include her too in exercises since she wanted to be like her big sister. The facility was always clean and sanitized. The people working with other patients were always friendly and kind. My daughter walked away from physical therapy with better knowledge of how to remain pain free in her ankle, and build up more strength. I am very satisfied with everyone who works here, the facility, and the growth my daughter gained in the last few weeks.
