- KHKimberly HallJun 19, 20211.0My mother which is 85 yrs old and in a nursing home paid for hearing aids that she can't use because they wont stay in her ears. Jennifer at the lenardwood Dr store in Frankfort has said several times its because she needs to train the staff. She also said it would not be a problem for her to go to the nursing home untill everything was alright with my mother's hearing aids. That hasnt happened. These miracle ear stores take on tooo many customers and do not have the staff to take care of them all. Jennifer said it wouldnt be a problem to check on my mother but i guess it has been since she hasnt been back to check on my mother and how shes doing with the hearing aids and i have contacted Jennifer about this problem but no one seems to care. So bottom line my mother wasted thousands of dollars for these hearing aids she cant use!
