  My husband has been struggling with his hearing hearing for 20+ years. It's been a struggle. Thank you Clem and miracle ear!! This has changed everything for us. We are so thankful, and excited.

  I called to see if miracle ear accepted medicaid; I was told that I'd have to bring in my stepdad to let them run his insurance. I took him in but the audiologist seemed to have an attitude from the very beginning. He was extremely pushy about he needed these hearing aids now! When I told him I would have to check with someone else he was ticked off because I wouldn't go ahead and make the down payment and do the monthly payments. He put in hearing aids that my stepdad wouldn't even be getting; he would be getting a lower quality aid. I asked why? He said they can't make those for demos or something on that order. The cost was going to be, with a $3300 discount and he said he discounted them even more, $4800 for the lowest quality of his acceptable hearing aids. His demeaner and attitude screamed you are an awful person because you won't buy my hearing aids. He tried to make me feel like trash for not buying but it didn't work. I hate high pressure sales tactics. I won't be going back to him. They should just tell you a guestimate of what the aids cost. It could have saved him and us the wasted time.

  My husband recently purchased hearing aids from Miracle Ear Office in Frankfort. Before we scheduled an appointment my husband stopped in to find out some information and was welcomed by Mr. Hunter Harvey. He answered questions and took his time to answer any questions that were asked. At the appointment we were met with the most courteous staff and again Mr. Harvey was professional and courteous. The whole experience of having to get hearing aids was made easier by such a caring, professional person. We were not rushed and he made sure all our questions were answered before we left. At the next appointment when we picked up the hearing aids, Mr. Harvey was so patient and understanding of my husband being nervous about putting hearing aids in, taking them out and just nervous in general about getting hearing aids. Mr. Harvey took as much time as we needed to make sure my husband was comfortable about the whole process. At the next appointment we again were met with the kindest staff and Mr. Harvey as always was very professional and patient. We would recommend Miracle Ear to anyone that needs hearing aids or just their hearing tested.
