I never had a problem with any of the staff always polite and professional, my biggest complaint is trying to call in a refill, a couple of years ago some idiots at corporate decided to change the format how you call it in and made it ten times more difficult to get your prescriptions the new system even kicks your prescriptions out of the system after they tell you they are ready. They need to reinstall the old phone in system they had when the pharmacy first opened.

Kroger has the worst pharmacy system I've seen. I moved to Frankfort from Oregon 3 months ago and filed to have my prescriptions transferred to them. They still don't have me in their system as "Out of state". And Apparently they don't keep medications on-site amd have to have them filled elsewhere. That means they can't fill prescriptions in weekends because they don't get shipments on weekends. What kind of pharmacy doesn't keep medications on-site? What a joke.

They do the best they possibly can being so short staffed which is not their fault. I have had mostly great customer service experiences there regardless of the wait time
