- CBCow BoyFeb 22, 20261.0Terrible service. The technician took one look at me and then lied straight too my face about not carrying the sinus medication I needed. Even turned and said nothing too him before turning back too me and telling me that they definitely dont carry it. Pretty shitty. Would not recomend.

I got so sick from them changing so called manufacturers my tongue went numb and everything and the only thing I was told is that's all they got. They didn't even offer me a backup plan I have been using them for a years. But, seems like every December this happens. I believe it's because of inventory
- RBRandy BarkerNov 15, 20253.0I never had a problem with any of the staff always polite and professional, my biggest complaint is trying to call in a refill, a couple of years ago some idiots at corporate decided to change the format how you call it in and made it ten times more difficult to get your prescriptions the new system even kicks your prescriptions out of the system after they tell you they are ready. They need to reinstall the old phone in system they had when the pharmacy first opened.
- RPRandy PhilbrickNov 9, 20251.0Kroger has the worst pharmacy system I've seen. I moved to Frankfort from Oregon 3 months ago and filed to have my prescriptions transferred to them. They still don't have me in their system as "Out of state". And Apparently they don't keep medications on-site amd have to have them filled elsewhere. That means they can't fill prescriptions in weekends because they don't get shipments on weekends. What kind of pharmacy doesn't keep medications on-site? What a joke.
