- KRkathleen romeroMar 10, 20265.0Just got back from The Little Clinic in Fort Mitchell in Kroger's. I can not say enough good things about Jal.Jal She was kind, courteous, and considerate. She is, in my opinion, a valued employee. I was there at 3:45 on March 10.
- MMmalloryFeb 7, 20261.0Useless. No option to speak to an actual person on the phone. Took forever for a scheduled appointment. About a month ago I caught a pretty bad flu that required 2 doctors appointments, after not getting better with the initial prescription, I went back in and got another that really helped + something to treat my asthma which was extremely triggered at that point. This was all at a different clinic however (I’ve moved away since), so I told the doctor of this and told her it feels like I’m catching this again and want to catch it early this time + informed her of my asthma. She refused to give me anything and told me to take a Zyrtec. She wouldn’t even give me a new albuterol inhaler just incase. Can doctors refuse to give albuterol?? A necessity for someone born with asthma??? After looking at the reviews after the appointment I saw this uselessness is common here. Nurse was very nice and thorough. Doctor doesn't want to be a doctor and treat people.

She told me that she just started working there. Her and the doctor were both great. I highly recommend this place.
- SWskylar walterSep 25, 20251.00 stars. my partner has been sick for 3 weeks, he went in to explain his symptoms and get antibiotics— they did absolutely nothing to help him, other than force him to take a strep test (when he knew it wasn’t strep) and tell him to buy an over the counter medication that is unrelated to his symptoms. $150 wasted, with absolutely no resolution as to why he has been sick for so long. an absolute scam.

Got a covid test done for me and kids back during the heavy snows last year. Road conditions kept her at work instead of being able to go home between shifts, and other employees had trouble getting in. Could tell she was really tired but was positive and pleasant. Thing that stood out the most though was how empathetic and caring she was toward my wife who she had just met the day before.
