  Home Instead was amazing to work with. We were so lucky to get Barb as our caregiver. She was wonderful to our mom. They became buddies even baked bread together.

  Warning for Job Seekers: I’m writing this to warn anyone considering applying here. What happened to my girlfriend was not just unfair, it was a complete failure of basic professionalism and human decency. My girlfriend is the kind of person any employer should be grateful to have. She worked at a drug rehab center for three years, where drug testing is strict, frequent, and taken seriously. She never failed a single test. She has built her life around helping others: she helps care for my son who has autism, she works part‑time for a young girl who has epilepsy, I myself have a history of elliptic seizures, and she helps supports my 76‑year‑old mother whenever she needs it. Her entire life is built on responsibility, compassion, and trust and there is nobody else I would trust more than her. Despite all of that, this company chose to judge her based on one questionable drug test, a test that was very likely expired, contaminated, or simply cheap. Instead of doing the right thing and retesting her, they refused. They ignored her resume, her history, her character, and her proven record of clean tests. They treated her like she was guilty without giving her a fair chance to prove otherwise. If you are an honest, hardworking person looking for employment, be aware: this company may misjudge you just as quickly. They may rely on a faulty test instead of facts. They may refuse to retest even when the result makes no sense. And they may dismiss your integrity without a second thought. What they did to her was completely wrong, and people deserve to know how this company treats good people before they walk through the door.

  This is a great place to. The staff is just wonderful. The people that I've had the pleasure to work with have been so wonderful. And very thankful to everyone.

  With the help of Home Instead Senior Care my very ill father is able to live at home with my mother. They have provided excellent and reliable care.
