  I don’t ever go to GNC but I was nearby and just needed some protein powder quickly so I bought a small tub. The lady with the glasses takes my info without telling me first it was for a membership. I told her i’m not signing up for anything and she badgers me saying “why not” and “do you plan on buying protein 1 time? You’re not gonna get any results like that.” As if there aren’t a thousand reasons why I don’t specifically need a GNC membership. Super annoying & shady. My mistake for taking the convenient route.

  Eh. Caught an eye roll from one of their guys because we don’t know what we were getting specifically but it’s their job to help us get what we needed….

  It gets by with the products offered but what annoys me, and some others I have seen, is the employees DO NOT LEAVE YOU ALONE. I do not need to be asked, "Do you need help with anything?" Every 2 minutes. Especially after I have said, "No, I'm just looking." Just let me look at protein and creatine in peace, please.

  Small store so it seems cluttered but staff is nice and helpful.

  I bought over $500 worth of stuff in less then 20 days time and didn't receive not one sample. I was told GNC has moved more towards the pro boxes, so I waited and my box finally came today. I had a received an email from GNC showing what was in my box and it showed full size products, and I was skeptical but figured oh okay since I bought over $500 worth of stuff in less then a month or around $1000 since my pro membership, I guess I'll be receiving some full size bottle as samples, that ain't bad. WRONG i received measly little samples, I received more free samples from Total Nutrition at a convention center (which wasn't even a body building event just a job fair). After I finish up my 1 year subscription with GNC, I'm probably not going back unless I get some magic box at my door with the full size bottles I was shown I would receive. On top of that I was told anything in the GNC store could be shipped, which was good because I needed mass gainer forwarded to my future deployment location. Just so gives that the one item I go to buy to have shipped forward to my future location is the only one item that doesn't ship, guess I'll enjoy it when I get back....
