  State websites says the take state insurance they are not accepting new patients and the front desk lady was extremely rude. Hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely unprofessional.

  We chose this dentist for my grandchildren based on their insurance and I would not recommend. We had one cleaning appointment and made a second appointment. I placed the second on the wrong calendar day by mistake, so we missed it. The day after the appointment, I received a voicemail from someone in the office that was quite rude. I waited a few days to call and reschedule and explain my mistake. I was met with hostility & a very argumentative woman on the other end of the phone. I asked her name and after first chastising me, Olivia (Office Manager) said to me, “ I will forgive you only once and that is it. We do not reschedule no shows. Do you understand?” SOOOOO….. If you like being chastised to like a child, spoken to without respect & treated with rudeness, then this could be your new dentist!!! I am sure they are accepting new patients continuously since Olivia is so sweet.🤣 However, after Olivia was so gracious to FORGIVE me of my MISTAKE and agreed to give me only one more chance, I decided to take my grandchildren to a place where mutual respect and kindness is displayed. Attention Dr. Wallace- Kindness Matters!!!

  Thank you for getting my son in SAME day, and fix8ng his tooth pain. Everything done, and out the door in less than 2 hrs. Amazing, thank you!
