- TTTracy TurnerOct 11, 20251.0I had a appointment and I arrived 15 mins early I was never greeted and I stood there and looked at the lady at desk as she was reading a personal book and finally she looked up but still never said hello may I help you I just gave my name and explained why I was there which was a physical and I told her what type I needed and she says you can go 2 physicals 1 was free 1 was 85.00 with my insurance didn’t make sense so I canceled my appointment because of how she acted I didn’t need 2 physicals I need 1 I explained that normally my insurance takes care of my physical and she says no they don’t and that she has to pay for her physical I didn’t ask her if she had to pay this is why you reviews are so low because if I wanted her to explain how her insurance works I would of asked. Very unprofessional

The wait was an hour and ten minutes longer than the estimated time given to me when I registered in advance. They definitely need to work on their effiency. Treatment was average at best. I would recommend checking into other Kroger clinic locations.
