They explained everything to him so he understood what they needed him to do, which made him feel comfortable to ask questions and do everything they asked of him! While we were there, a young lady was trying to get her contacts in for the first time ever, and the staff were so patient and helpful to her as she learned. I would recommend Pearle Vision anytime, especially if you have kids!
