Got the special exam and they even faxed the results to my Doctor's office for me. Saved me from having to do it. Then I walked over to the show room and got continued great customer service from Chrissy. She was a miracle worker. I had brought my favorite frames with no lenses and got them set up for new script lens (1 pair of glasses). Then the miracle happened. The old pair I had been wearing she saw I was pushing up all the time. She made a few quick adjustments and wow a new pair of glasses (2 pairs of glasses). Came back in a week to pick up my new one's and brought my back up pair to get the miracle adjustments done and BAM! Once again like new! (3rd pair of glasses) Because I did not use my frames allotment of my insurance I thought why not use it on a pair of RayBan script sunglasses. I did! (4th pair of glasses). All for just slightly over $300.00. Sharon and Chrissy gave me hands down the best experience of a life time with the time and effort to the multi pair discounts at Lenscrafters in Florence, Ky! I could not have had a better experience. Job well done! I will come back and tell anyone looking for glasses to go there every time. Thank you for Chrissy and Sharon.
- BTB ThomasDec 12, 20252.0Purchased my glasses and went on vacation for 3 weeks and found these didn’t fit properly. Hit home and was ill so I arrived at store 2 days after 30 day guarantee. The manager was very different than when I was a shopper compared to my purchase. I was told since I didn’t buy extended warranty that probably nothing can be done but she would check with her boss and get back to me. That was over a week now and NOTHING!! You are loved prior to them getting your money and then discarded after. I guess they are not wanting you to come back for your next pairs??? (Florence Ky store) LOVE the employees but management is TOTALLY LACKING in customer support!!
