  I would be counting my pills if I were yall. Repeatedly have this issue with this kroger only. Employees who don't know their policies either. Kroger pharmacy, across all NKY locations, is terrible. This one is probably the worst. Zero customer service and these pharmacy techs are where the biggest issues are happening- you don't catch pharmacists making these errors. I will be switching pharmacies. Too many mistakes and they have lost my trust. 100% preventable.

  Pharmacist was not helpful at all when I asked what could I do for hormonal acne- he suggested benzoyl peroxide face wash.... This is why men are not helpful for women and should not be our physicians. Face wash does not affect HORMONES and hormonal acne. It was honestly insulting and a waste of time to ask him. (Long cut blonde hair & glasses). Also, salicylic acid washes work better for hormonal acne- please have him re-educate himself on WOMEN'S ISSUES if he's to be the Pharmacist. ---Men are never helpful and give bare minimum solutions, like him suggesting an ordinary face wash as if it would help with hormones. Horrible pharmacist----

  i have used this pharmacy for years, they need more staff yes, but they always have a smile on their face and always very professional everytime i been there.

  They don't know how to do there job and have your medicine done when its supposed to be done your messing someone life if they dont have there medicine

  Very disappointed they always have problems with my prescription not being ready at the time they tell me and when I call I get put on hold for 10 plus minutes with no response ! I use to love kroger pharmacies and now it’s becoming more and more disappointed on behalf of the here customer service!
