- HDHello DragonflySep 18, 20245.0Best thing I ever did go the Norton Orthopedic in E-town...In Dr. Kremser In found the most caring, concerned and informative Doctor that I encountered in many years. He discussed the option available for my treatment to include pros and cons..he gave me the choice to decide what treatment I felt comfortable with.Everbody in that office was friendly and helpful....I highly recommend him and that location for any orthopedic treatment you need.Thanks Dr. K.
- EDEbonii DraperSep 15, 20241.0I drove 40 minutes for an appointment with Dr. Victor Kesmer for a recent knee injury. The staff were amazing however Victors apathy of my injury was unsettling. Once meeting him - he informed me he did not have the X-Ray machine needed ( the whole point of the visit) this could have been discussed over the phone and rescheduled. He then before the end of the appointment asked if I actually needed the crutches I was on - given to me by the prior Doctor I saw. The appointment was all of maybe 10 minutes (not including wait time). And wanted me to Follow - Up the next week.
