  Five-star for customer service. Alexis at the Norton's Endocrinology Clinic in Elizabethtown was able to solve a complicated issue for a referral between three healthcare institutions. She kept me informed at all times and went above and beyond to make sure my referral was approved so that I could keep a specialist appointment.

  All of Norton’s services have always been the best and top notch, but this office is a joke. Also, it needs to be said that I have multiple specialist with Norton and they’re all amazing. This office not only lost my results, but never even called to let me know. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks and have called them every week and on some days when I was supposed to get a call back, it never happened. Ignoring someone’s endocrinology needs can be extremely dangerous. Changing offices, although this is the closest office to my home, to a Louisville office is my only option at this point. DO NOT use this office.

  This location is a very poor at getting patience seen, we have been waiting for 5 months to get our son in and they switched us to a location north of Louisville we can not use. I ma just glad we are not dying because they would not care. the worst system ever
