  Norton Pediatric Urology has been a complete failure in handling my son’s care. My son was scheduled for hypospadias correction surgery on 9/8 with Dr. Flack. I was reassured multiple times by both his original surgeon’s scheduler and Dr. Flack’s scheduler that the date would not be affected when his surgeon left the practice. Yet no one ever placed him on Dr. Flack’s schedule. We waited months for a surgery that was never even booked. My son was first seen at 4 months old. He is now almost 18 months, and this office has wasted our time and delayed his needed surgery. When I questioned the mistake, Dr. Flack’s scheduler showed zero compassion or accountability, even making me feel as if I was at fault — despite all documentation in my son’s chart stating surgery was scheduled for 9/8. This is unacceptable. The lack of organization, accountability, and basic empathy is alarming for a pediatric practice. I would strongly caution any parent against trusting Norton Pediatric Urology with their child’s care.
