- NANicole AlspachNov 21, 20241.0Let’s talk about what a gem Makayla at the front desk is. She likes to talk to you condescending and snotty and argue with you about your copay. I’m glad there was no one else in the waiting area because wow that would have been embarrassing but I did have my child with me so I really appreciate how unprofessional Makayla was in front of my child. Finally get called back and when I went to check out she had the nerve to take it a step further with her highlighted documents still continuing to argue with me. I come to this office as a convenience to not have to drive to Louisville but after today I will just make the drive rather than deal with someone that petty and unpleasant.
