The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
I went in at 10am on a Sunday morning because I was starting to have the same symptoms as my husband, and he had tested positive for flu type A the day before. He had waited too long for Tamiflu, so I wanted to get a jump on it. The nurse here was great! The Dr was not. I tested negative so he told me it was all in my head and that I had a cold. Told me to just go to work the next day and take an at-home test in a couple of days. 9 hours later I am in another immediate care (Norton’s, 5 stars) with chills, a fever of 100 and feeling like total crap. I then tested positive for flu A and was given Tamiflu. The doctor from the Little Clinic, Robert Shipp, was sending me to work with flu A, spreading the germs of a highly contagious sickness to a hundred people, because it was all in my head. Maybe it was an off day for him, but you can’t have an off day with patients.

The initial visit went fine. However, they prescribed my child a medication that 7 different pharmacy have on back order. I tried to call them and go up there a couple of times and I can not get ahold of anyone. I’m going to have to take my child to get seen at another urgent care just to get them the medicine that they need so they can get better.

I made an appointment for my child and was seen right at his time. My child decided to read the whole eye test chart and Blake, the nurse practitioner that worked with us, let him finish before he started his assessment. I thought that was really nice.

The receptionist was amazing! Sweet and nice and answered all of my questions.
The nurse or PA was so terrible. She was not a nice lady. I have four questions and she acted like I was trying to argue with my questions. I just want to get well. I was their only patient and I see why!
I’ll be going to an actual doctors office next time and hopefully get to talk to a nice nurse or doctor with a great bedside manner!

What a wonderful convenience! Scheduled an appointment online, walked in and was seen within 6 minutes. Picked up antibiotics next door in the pharmacy and was out of Kroger in a half an hour. Thank you for being there and for serving the community.
