If I could give less than one star I would. It takes days for prescriptions to be filled. I had four prescriptions called by my Doctor on 2/5/2026 one of which I was told it was vital I start taking immediately. I went to the Pharmacy a couple hours later to check the status to find the the Kroger Pharmacy was closed and would not open again until Friday 2/6/2026. I check the status of my prescription on line three said in progress pick up Monday February 9th after 2:00 one it on hold due to insurance approval which I understand. I call and try to get the one I was to take immediately due to crisis stage high blood pressure to see if I could at least get it. Was told maybe Sunday but most likely it would be Monday. This has not been the first time I have went to pick up my husband's prescription the day after they were called in and was told it would be another couple days. I just spoke with my husband he had went to pickup his prescription that was called in over two weeks ago ( Dr. change his to 90 days prescription) the 30 days was due to run out on Sunday. Kroger did not have ready or in stock one of which he cannot be without even one day. The other Kroger's was able to fill it but we will be changing Pharmacies.

Kelsey at this location is absolutely one of the rudest customer service people I ever seen. I had a medication that I had been on since 2006. All of a sudden the pill is a different size and color. I simply wanted to make sure it was the right pill. She was rude, rollover and snapped at me without looking. Saying it was a different manufacturer. It wasn't a different manufacturer! I simply wanted someone to check. So with her shifty attitude she past me off to the pharmacist. Kelsey should not be working with the public. She should be hidden out of site. This has hurt the reputation of this pharmacy. I did record the experience, and will be showing it to people.

The young gentleman at the counter was extremely polite. The actual pharmacist (curly hair, short with glasses) is quite the piece of work. Rude, sarcastic, condescending, we will be removing all rx’s from the Kroger system due to her positivity pleasant demeanor.

Went to the pharmacy today and a sgn said closed due to short staff. This has happened many times. Here's the rub, I am disabled and can't walk more than 100 ft. Without extreme pain. I couldn't walk that distance so I had. To leave without my meds. Not having enough staff shouldn't be my problem. These people lneed to get their act together.
