    Went to the pharmacy today and a sgn said closed due to short staff. This has happened many times. Here's the rub, I am disabled and can't walk more than 100 ft. Without extreme pain. I couldn't walk that distance so I had. To leave without my meds. Not having enough staff shouldn't be my problem. These people lneed to get their act together.

    It is not surprising that this pharmacy location is so poorly rated in the reviews. It's as if they take every opportunity to be as rude as possible to the customer. The app times out before you complete your order and when you call the pharmacy to confirm, they simply don't care. There is obviously a problem with the ownership and management of this location. Even the pharmacists don't seem to care. This pharmacy has systemic problems. They are chronically late in filling prescriptions and take no responsibility for their failure to provide the service promised. I drive 40 miles round trip to pick up my prescriptions and should be able to rely on on their promises. However, even after receiving text messages that my prescriptions are ready, they frequently are not and I am required to make a second and sometimes even a third trip to get them. We're not talking about shoes here… these medications are critically important. If they are unable to fill the prescriptions in a timely manner, they should not assume that responsibility. Do yourself a favor and take the time to read the reviews before entrusting your prescriptions to this Kroger Pharmacy location.

    This place is the worst I have ever seen. It should not take 45 minutes in line anywhere. And the drive thru only has room for 3 cars to sit and is always full.
