I understand that I was one of the first patients of the day but if you are not ready just kindly explain that. Telling the patient to go sit down and they will call you up when they are ready is not very good customer service. A simple hi or good morning please have a seat while we finish getting set up would be much more polite. Once in the back everything was amazing and made up for the initial contact.
