The crew at LensCrafters Crestview Hills did an excellent job repairing a pair of broken Coastas for me. Did not charge me a dime and got me in and out in 10 minutes. Would recommend them to my own kin!

Adam at LensCrafters was so patient and kind while teaching my daughter how to put in and take out her contact lenses. He went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and confident. I’m not sure she would have ever gotten them in without his help.

I paid $318 an my insurance cover i guess another 400 for a set of transitions lenses xtream hear them tell it. They're not dark at all so basically I still need my real prescription sunglasses to block the sun because these lenses are too weak, not just that but they re supposed to be progressive an I don't think they're is one ounce of anything progressive on there! The only reason I went with lenses crafters bc i believed them when they bragged their progressive lenses were like the best an thier trans were next level! Not at all I literally have to take my glasses off ery time I need to read i have several pair of progressive lenses from cheap online companies an every pair are crushing lenses crafters progressive an the Trans lenses are basically the same as my cheaper lenses! Im pissed! I should just sent my frames to fytoo an let them do it! I was scared they'd mess up my Prada frames tho! Lenses carfters sent me an email to tell them how I liked the job they did every time I gave them a poor mark the website kept shutting down! I could got 3 lenses for what I have for 1 at lenses crafters. An the day I 1st went in to cvhills one of the workers approached me like I want supposed to be in their store, or I was possibly a thief! Anyway I'm not happy with this sub par job they did at all!

I recently stepped on my glasses and I stopped in to see if anyone could help me. Leslie immediately stopped what she was doing and patiently fixed them for me. I have always had great luck at this location. The staff is friendly and always willing to help!

Frequently Asked Questions About LensCrafters Optique

How do I know if my child needs glasses?

Taking your child to an optometrist for an eye exam is the best way to learn if your child needs glasses. Many children who need glasses aren’t aware that they do. Signs of vision problems in children include sitting too close to the television, squinting, sensitivity to light, difficulty with eye-hand coordination, and avoiding visual activities like reading and drawing. To see if your child needs glasses, schedule your child’s eye exam today.

Is a contact lens exam different than an eye exam?

A normal, comprehensive eye exam will allow your optometrist to determine if your eyes are healthy enough to wear contact lenses. During your contact lens fitting, detailed measurements of your eyes will be taken to determine the right contact lenses for you. There is an additional fee for a contact lens fitting and evaluation for all contact lens patients (both new and established patients). Schedule your eye exam today to have all of your questions about contact lenses answered.
