- KRKerrie RainsFeb 21, 20261.0This pharmacy tells you they will have your medications and when you go to pick them up they are not ready or partially filled or they have to order the medication. We went to Newport Kroger before never had an issue the only reason we came back to Latonia was convience. After the last 3 experiences I will switch back to the Newport pharmacy. Latonia pharmacy you really need help do not tell your customers you have the medication and it will be filled we have experienced so many times of not receiving our medications.

Now because of THEIR mistake I have to go back to the pharmacy to get my refund and call my insurance to make sure that money hits my deductible. Absolutely ridiculous for me to have to do all of this extra leg work because of someone else's stupidity.

Hours are all over the place, I've come in and they've been closed at random times despite what the sign says. Good luck trying to use the drive thru, it's set up so you have to fight traffic to pull in if there is even slightly a line. Not as bad as the one in Covington on Madison, but still truly awful
