    Someone in the pharmacy didn't bill my insurance on my prescription for some reason. Now because of THEIR mistake I have to go back to the pharmacy to get my refund and call my insurance to make sure that money hits my deductible. Absolutely ridiculous for me to have to do all of this extra leg work because of someone else's stupidity.

    A terrible pharmacy. Medications are rarely ready when they're supposed to be, and staff moves like they have molasses in their veins. Hours are all over the place, I've come in and they've been closed at random times despite what the sign says. Good luck trying to use the drive thru, it's set up so you have to fight traffic to pull in if there is even slightly a line. Not as bad as the one in Covington on Madison, but still truly awful

    I'm on state insurance because I can't afford to pay for my medicine out of pocket. I was given a 30 day supply. There claiming I got a 90 day supply. They won't refill the medicine I never received and there answer is to purchase it. If it were that simple I wouldn't be on state insurance. Absolutely no empathy.

    Even during non-busy hours this pharmacy is incredibly slow moving. Cars are always backed up into the main road and the line takes 20+ minutes to get through. Going inside is never any better.
