They never have enough help there they rarely ever answer the phones.and they are always shorting me on my 90day supply.every rx I get filled I have to personally recount to many times I've been shorted and they argue with me to say I'm wrong there right I've misplaced a bottle but I'm always short and I either have to do without or pay extra or they front me on my next rx which makes that short. But when they wait on you they are pleasant but slow people stand there and wait 10-15mins before getting taken care of totally unexceptable .but they never do anything to fix the problem just get different people there.

Her presence is WARM!!! I get nervous asking for prescriptions and she eases the anxiety! It’s like I’m talking to a friend!

However this particular store ( Madison Ave Kroger Pharmacy) at this point in time are so understaffed that they rarely answer the phone. If I want to check on something or have a question I can either forget about it or just go up there.
