The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
Save for an extended intake form for walk in appointments, not great when you're sick and exhausted, everyone was polite, happy to answer questions, and overall it was a generally good experience.

Literally the most unprofessional people I've ever seen. I tried calling twice this morning about my son's appointment and sat there while it rang for 20 minutes till I hung up. Then call them back just for them to say the Dr that was there today isn't medicaid certified and will need to go somewhere else. Will forever leave 1 star rating for them being so terrible in handling the whole thing

Will never visit this Little Clinic again. Went in with strep symptoms on Saturday morning and the rapid test was negative, but they sent out a culture to the lab as well since the white spots on my tonsils looked like strep and the test could have been done too early. Was told I should have a result Monday morning. It is now end of business day Wednesday and they still don’t have my results. They wouldn’t write me an antibiotic prescription without me making another appointment either. I am not going to spend any more money there. I had to reach out to another doctor to get a prescription. I could have been halfway through a bottle of antibiotics at this point but they clearly don’t care how sick their patients are. One lady who answered the phone when I called in even acted annoyed I was trying to check on things since there was a holiday on Sunday. I’m annoyed as I’m sick and needed care and was neglected since I wouldn’t make a second appointment. I wouldn’t be surprised if they lost the culture at this point.

Worst people ever. My pregnant wife was trying to get a test (due to feeling sick) and they told her they can’t do anything for her because of her insurance. Wouldn’t even let me pay out of pocket: place makes me sick.

This place is ridiculous, very poor customer service. I tried to set an "appointment" online but they didn't have anymore available until the next day so I drove to the store to wait the 30 minutes "walk in time". I was second and last in line to check in, right in plain view of the receptionist lady. The lady in front of me finished up and I immediately started signing in and part way through it, the receptionist lady tells me they can't see me, that the lady literally 2 seconds ahead of me is the last person for the day. Why let me stand in line to wait? Why not put up some sort of sign stating no more patients? Why not update the website to show no more patients for the day? Or even set a time for the last check in?
