- MDMelpomene DarlingNov 5, 20251.0I've been here twice, and both times were bad. they have you sign in on the big screen computer, but for some reason it doesn't show up, or count? I will wait 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment, and no one will be outside to check me in. then when I go in, they don't prescribe me with anything; doesn't matter if it's an ear infection or a cold, they'll just send you on your way. I feel like I wasted my time. I wouldn't have such an issue with it if they didn't try to gaslight me about not signing in or scheduling an appointment, when I did. what's the point of scheduling an appointment if it doesn't count? also for some reason online it scheduled me for a completely different appointment (influenza vaccine) than what I put in (cold). someone really needs to streamline the appointment/sign-in system.

Then when I offered to just pay outta pocket I'm told we can't because his insurance is already on file as the one they can't take. That makes no sense to me at all
