    I took my daughter to the pharmacy today to get a flu shot. There was no one in line and the time was 12:43. I asked if I could get her a flu shot, the tech looked at me almost disgusted and said”after my lunch,” which is posted from 1:00-1:30. The cashier repeated what the tech said in the same tone. We were made to feel as if we were inconveniencing them to ask for a service they provide. I have already been contemplating changing from this pharmacy due to the regular long lines and wait times. This just made my decision easy. My daughter refused to get her shot there after the way they made her and I feel!! Do better Kroger!

    the customer service at this pharmacy was extremely disappointing. the staff was rude, dismissive, & showed little to no interest in actually helping. rather than feeling supported as a customer, i was made to feel like an inconvenience for simply asking routine questions. a pharmacy should be a place where professionalism & basic respect are standard, & unfortunately that was not the case here.

    Scheduled an appointment for flu vaccine. Get there, and they don't acknowledge me for several minutes. No vaccines in stock, coming on the truck. Serious lack of customer service.

    customer service is terrible. we greeted them with a smile and we were kind. they did not treat us the same, hardly spoke to us, and when they did they had an attitude.
