  They always get my children in same day when sick. My kids also Enjoy seeing the doctor/staff

  Every time our kids are sick they are able to get us right in and seen. They are very gentle hearted towards our kiddos and have a wonderful staff that is always ready to help. I will say if you are going to be late to call. I've never had an issue that I couldnt fix for my kiddos with them without just a call to their office. They are very accommodating and I am so happy that they are/many of the doctors and nurses have have been our primary care for our kids since birth.

  Extremely inflexible. The clinic will literally be empty and I was late because my kid is sick and dealing with a lot and would no longer be seen. Even though every other clinic, I go to in the area you almost always wait an hour or one seen for your appointment, just to be seen. I was 10 minutes late for the time they told me to arrive at and would no longer be seen. Even though I sat inside the clinic for 20 minutes and there was one other family being seen.
