How on earth does a pharmacy make these mistakes and by half?? Elementary teaches us that 30 doesn’t match 60. Had this issue in Somerset, now Brandenburg. Speaks to institutional issues with Kroger in general. Or it’s Kentucky. Idk. Moved from Illinois year and a half ago and never had this kind of thing ever happen before.

Regardless of how long the lines or how much time it seems to take, I am always greeted by a smiling face. I always see Ash running around doing the best he can. The truth of the matter is. They need help and corporate needs to do their part to help them instead of waiting for them to crash and burn! The are all just as aggravated as we are, but still seem to manage to be friendly with smiles on their faces. Instead of always bashing the little help they do have, try putting yourself in their shoes and remember to treat others the way you want to be treated. Please call corporate and vouce your opinion. Every call helps
