  We’ve been coming to this practice since 2022. All of the staff are professional. Communication is easy and punctual through their apps, and the office is clean. We went through a terrible few months of ear infections and saw just about every physician and NP in the practice, we love them all. However, Dr. Miles go above and beyond.

  I have been seeing Dr. Kneiry since I was a kid and always felt like I was receiving great care. Recently, since the transfer under Norton’s, it has becoming increasingly difficult to get in contact with anyone in his office regarding new prescriptions and other medical needs. It took months to get in for an appointment and now there’s delay in my new medications and accommodations for school. I will likely be seeking another facility for care.

  Have been going to this group for over 20 years. Dr. Paul Kniery really listens to you, is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about giving you the best care. Our daughters, now adults, went to Dr. Kelly Kries who was always thorough in her evaluations and bonded with the whole family. Never feel rushed with any provider here and always feel I am getting great care. Highly recommend.

  We've been going to bgimp, now Norton Children's Medical Group, with our son and now daughter for 5 years. Every single person and interaction has been great. They are always quick to return our messages, to fill prescriptions, and answer all of our many questions. They have lots of resources as well and every person makes an effort to ensure the kids get all the care they need.
