  Please read this whole review. My initial visit was amazing I seen Dr.How via telehealth. She said she wanted me to have the baby at Norton’s instead of at my local hospital due to my risks. After this apt we have just recieved anatomy scans/ultrasounds each visit and spoke with the nurse Glenda. Glenda seems to go back on what the Dr says. She still brings up me having the baby at my local hospital disregarding mine and the drs wishes. Also the dr told me to call anytime my blood pressure is over 130/80 so I did I. The first time Glenda acted concerned but after the first it was 158/112 and she said she wasn’t to worried. I requested to see the dr at my next visit and they said they can’t promise that because they don’t know what drs are in what days. I called Louisville and they said Dr.How is in on Tuesday when my apt will be and they’re working on moving me to the Louisville location. Brittany is the worker I spoke with today and she was completely hateful. Which is nothing new most the workers are very snippy. I called one day because they have the incorrect address listed and I don’t live close to bowling green and asked where their address was and the girl smarted off and said “same place you went last time” . I’m completely frustrated with my experience and feel like it’s a money scam. My regular OB can handle ultrasounds if that’s all they plan to do.
