The Little Clinic is located right inside your neighborhood grocery store. Our board-certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants can diagnose and treat minor illnesses, administer vaccines, provide physicals and much more! Plus, we are open 7 days a week and we take most insurance plans.
This place is absolutely terrible. It will take at least an hour for you to be seen even with an appointment. The staff is not friendly. Very unprofessional place of business.

Heather from West Nashville was nice; she said I could call back in if I didn't get better and get more medicine called in. This was because she was aware that I don't have health insurance. I tried to get a z-pack for my sinus infection, but due to clinic policy I have to be sick for "x" amount of days and have specific symptoms. I knew I would need a z-pack because I get the same sinus infection every year. Heather assured me that I would be able to call back and get new medicine if my symptoms persisted or got worse.
I called the clinic today and the front desk person tried to tell me I'd have to make a new appointment because that provider wasn't in. I worked in healthcare for over 10 years, and I know that she could have easily made a phone call to have the NP call me in some medicine. I'm not going to sit and argue with someone, so I hung up.
You can be assured that I will not be back to use your services.

They refused to see a homeless, disabled veteran because he was 5 MINUTES past their 10 minute grace period! Our city was just ravaged with tornados. The VA was storm damaged and he had nowhere else but the ER. I called to explain the situation and beg for them to see him because I couldn't take him DAYS later when they tried to reschedule. Multiple times I explained that he was heavily affected by the storms and they called me entitled and hung up. Don't go here. They shouldn't even be allowed to practice medicine with the way they treat people! He has COVID! They're turning away patients so I think we should turn them away!
