Idk if they see it or not they already have a history of retaliation with me.they have shorted my medication and this time theyre denying me my medication saying the 30 day count doesn't start the day you pick up your medication which by ky law it does the female pharmacist lied and is saying theyre out of my meds now and it'll be delayed another day be ause of that and not the day count.retaliation plain and simple.youre allowed to pick up your meds even controlled atlead the level that mine is on day 28.its day 29 when I tired to refill it .Cooperate doesnt care and won't do anything

I generally would rate a 5star, however I was just diagnosed with bronchitis with a touch of pneumonia and also my 9 month is sick. Unfortunately, I had no one else to pick up my tea and meds, so got out in the pouring rain to come to Kroger to find it is PACKED. considering my list was short, I decided to park in the *pick up area. Considering we are sick and intended to be in and out AND there were still 5 open spots I figured it wouldn’t be an issue, it’s not like I took up a handicapped spot. BUT I hear my car make and model over the intercom and while I was already headed to the front I see employees clapping and ecstatic to possible have someone towed... all Bc they are in the pick up area... which again... still had open spots. Yes I KNOW that area is for pick up specifically but besides this Kroger’s parking being terrible with us being sick and not wanting to get any worse, you just would think that employees would not assume that someone just parks there because “they’re afraid of getting wet from the rain”, because guess what... I didn’t melt. A little compassion goes a long way. If anything there should be a designated area with meters if y’all are THAT worried about me being in there <20 mins. OTHERWISE, we prefer this store.
