  This Store has consistently, for the last two years, screwed up by prescription pick up. I’m not talking about just once in a while. I’m talking consistently month in and month out! They get the consistency award for the most screw ups out of any pharmacy in this town by far and I’ve used them all! Bravo!

  The only complaint about Kroger pharmacy is, my vibryd has to be order 2 of 3 times. I understand it's expensive, not many take it also . But I come for it every month so it should be available to me. Not picking just doing what Google ask As you see by my 1.6 million views on Google. This is pretty much what I do. Although I'll also say this at no time have I been disrespected by anyone at this establishment. Rant over -dc-

  I’ve been going to this pharmacy for over two years and it’s had its ups and downs but today was the last straw. I’m a student at WKU and a Tennessee resident that’s been able to fill prescriptions throughout BG with my TN insurance. I call this morning and it was the normal process. The guy tells me the prescription will be ready in an hour. I finally go to pick it up and suddenly the guy is telling me they no longer take my insurance from Tennessee AFTER I drove all the way there. There was no call, no text, nothing. When I asked for a little more information to see who I needed to contact, the guy was extremely rude and gave no information. When I asked if my insurance was no longer accepted he replied with “I guess.” When I finally go inside to speak with another pharmacist, I ask the same guy politely if I can get a little more information on the issue and he says “She’s just going to tell you what I already did.” Wow, thank you how helpful. When the pharmacist finally comes up to speak with me she provided NO information whatsoever and just simply printed out my rejection sheet as if I know what all of that means. After today’s terrible experience with dealing with SUCH rude and unhelpful pharmacists I will not be returning or recommending this pharmacy.
