She has become like part of our family though she always remains a complete professional. I just had my yearly visit with the office coordinator, and she was kind and a complete professional too, that answered all my questions. I would highly recommend HomeInstead. If you are a veteran, like myself, please consider Homeinstead for your care. They have worked out my schedule that best meets my needs. I have had the same caretaker for 3 years and been with them for 5 years.
