I highly recommend this practice. Dr. Geet and staff do a terrific job! You won’t find a more welcoming office or a more caring dentist, in my opinion. Dr. Geet quickly knew what to do and was able to adjust my bite giving me pain relief, and I am so thankful that I decided to come here.

My family and I have been going here for a few years now and I've never had a poor experience, the staff is always professional, both Dr. Geet and Heather are super nice and easy to talk to. They're very understanding of dental anxiety and allow me to have my earbuds in during appointments so I don't have to hear the noise, which is very much appreciated. My dental hygiene isn't perfect but they don't make you feel bad about it at all and provide helpful advice, never condescending. I always recommend Today's to anyone looking for a new dentist :)

Let me preface by saying the hygienists and general staff are friendly and seem knowledgeable; however, by far, and without doubt, the least professional Dentist I have ever come in contact with. I’ve had so many bad experiences here I don’t even know where to start. Just a few key ones: Last year sometime I had a filling fall out that Dr. Geet had filled a year or less before. I go in to get it refilled and I ask him out of pure curiosity and concern, “why would this filling have fallen out when it was just filled less than a year prior.” He responds in a very rude and confrontational way, “if you don’t like it find another dentist.” I thought wow I wonder if the hygienist will address how unprofessional he just was. Before the end of my appointment he comes back and apologizes to me and explained away his unprofessionalism with how he’s tired of hearing patients ask him that question, assumably because he felt I or others were calling into question his work. I should have never returned after that, but that was my mistake. Long story short, fast forward he gives me a root canal and a temporary crown which would not stay in and had a hole in it. This was right before Christmas so because they were closed I spent almost two weeks without a crown. Then weeks later when they get my permanent crown in, Dr Geet takes hours trying to get the crown on but can’t because he says it wasn’t made properly by the lab. All the while dropping the crown in my mouth who knows how many times to the point I was strongly concerned I would swallow it. He puts in another temporary tooth and tells me he will send it back. At some point during these couple appointments, he cuts the inside of my lip badly enough he had to write me a mouthwash prescription for any pain it might cause and needed to keep gauze in my lip my entire appointment to stop the bleeding. It’s scarred by the way. Another week or so goes by and my permanent crown has been returned. He again takes hours getting it set, dropping it in my mouth several times. Now, a month later, the permanent crown falls out. I wasn’t even eating anything chewy. I lack so little confidence in Dr Geet’s dental abilities I have decided that I will not even return to have this crown reset although it is warrantied. Zero stars for Dr Geet.

"I recently visited Today's family dental, Berea for a routine cleaning and initial checkup. It had been quite a while since my last dental visit and choosing a new dentist made me a bit nervous. But I certainly made a good choice. The front desk staff was welcoming, patient and professional. Hgienist Taylor was incredibly gentle and thorough, and took the time to explain my X-rays and dental health in detail. Examination by Dr Geet Parikh was as expected and a course of care was discussed. Highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for quality care!"
